We represent Damac Chelsea Residences at Dubai Maritime City and other developer projects as an authorised marketing partner. We are not a developer. All bookings and financial transactions are made directly with the respective developer (Damac Properties, Nakheel, Ellington, Beyond, Ardee and others).

2. What Information We Collect

When you submit an enquiry form, floor plan request, or callback form on this website, we collect:

• Full Name — to address you correctly in our response
• Email Address — to send you project details, floor plans, and sales offers
• Phone Number — for WhatsApp and call follow-up by our sales advisors
• Message / Requirements — if you add optional notes about your needs or budget
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and the page you submitted from (used solely for spam prevention and anti-abuse protection)

We do not collect payment card information. We do not run credit checks. We do not collect identity documents.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Respond to your specific project enquiry — by phone, WhatsApp or email
• Send you the project brochure, floor plans, current pricing and sales offer you requested
• Schedule a sales center visit or online meeting if you request one
• Follow up on your enquiry if we have not yet connected with you
• Send you relevant project updates or new launch alerts if you have consented

We will not use your information for unrelated marketing, spam, or automated mass communications without your explicit consent.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

The only circumstance in which we share your contact information is if you expressly request to proceed with a booking — in which case we share your details with the specific developer (e.g. Damac Properties) so they can process your Expression of Interest or booking form. This sharing is necessary to fulfill your request and does not constitute a sale of data.

5. Data Sharing — Limited & Purposeful

We may share your information with:

• The project developer (e.g. Damac Properties, Nakheel, Ellington) — only when you request a booking or site visit and we need to connect you with their sales team
• Our email delivery provider (Brevo SMTP) — used solely to deliver our email replies to you. Brevo processes emails on our behalf and does not use your data for any other purpose
• Our hosting provider (Cloudways / Digital Ocean) — your data is stored on their servers. Cloudways is GDPR-compliant and does not access your personal data

We do not share your data with Google, Meta, or any advertising platforms in a way that identifies you personally.

6. How We Store & Protect Your Data

• All form submissions are stored in our secure WordPress database hosted on Cloudways (Digital Ocean infrastructure, UAE/EU data centres)
• Our website uses HTTPS / SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Access to our lead database is restricted to authorised Planetprop team members only
• We retain enquiry records for up to 3 years for sales follow-up and compliance purposes, after which records are deleted
• You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8)

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses the following cookies and tracking technologies:

• Functional cookies — standard WordPress session cookies required for the website to function (contact forms, cache). These do not collect personal data
• Cache cookies — set by the Breeze cache plugin to serve faster page loads. No personal data is collected
• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website (pages visited, time on site, traffic source). This data is anonymous and aggregated. No personal identification is passed to Google

9. WhatsApp & Phone Communication

By submitting your phone number on this website, you consent to being contacted by Planetprop Real Estate LLC by WhatsApp and/or phone call regarding the project you enquired about. You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp messages at any time by replying “STOP” and we will remove you from our contact list immediately.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.
